The existing contact form is available on our Korean contact page. Its field labels are currently in Korean: 이름 means name, 이메일 means email, and 문의 내용 means message. This English page links to the existing form rather than creating another collection system.

What to include

For a correction, include the article title or URL, the section concerned and a brief explanation. For a technical question, describe the symptom and Windows version without sharing private account details.

Do not send passwords, product keys, recovery keys, authentication codes or screenshots containing personal information. Waven does not need these to review an article correction.

Privacy and replies

Before submitting, review the current privacy policy (Korean). We review messages as we can; this page does not promise an individual repair service or a guaranteed response time.
